How far ahead should we book wedding transportation?

Spring and fall Saturdays fill early; four to eight weeks ahead is comfortable, and we will hold a date while you finalize numbers.

Can guests be picked up from several hotels?

Yes. We plan a route with timed stops at each hotel and give you a schedule to share with guests.

Do you work with our planner?

Yes. Most schedules are built directly with the planner or coordinator, and the chauffeurs have their number on the day.

How many people fit in a Sprinter or coach?

A Sprinter seats up to fourteen, the mini coach thirty, the motor coach fifty-six. We size the shuttle to the headcount and the venue's access road.

Wedding transportation is a logistics job before it is a luxury one. Most weekends we run a loop between the hotel block and the venue, a car for the couple, and a late shuttle back after the last song. We build the schedule with you or your planner, confirm every pickup in writing and send chauffeur names the evening before, so on the day nobody in the wedding party is looking at their phone.

Hill Country venues in Dripping Springs, Driftwood and Wimberley are a 45-minute drive from downtown hotels with little parking and no rideshare coverage at midnight. A Sprinter or mini coach on a set schedule fixes that for guests. A stretch limousine or black SUV takes the couple, and a sedan can run the photographer or the officiant.
