Privacy Policy

We only collect what we need to quote and provide a ride.

• Quote requests. Your name, phone number, email address (optional), pickup and drop-off addresses, pickup date and time, passenger count and the type of service you want.
• Calls, texts and WhatsApp. Your number and the content of the conversation when you contact us. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and subject to its own privacy policy.
• Ad source. If you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we store the campaign labels from the link (source, medium and campaign name) in a cookie so we know which ad brought you. It holds no personal information.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

• To prepare your quote and contact you about it by phone, text, email or WhatsApp.
• To arrange, perform and follow up on your ride, including passing pickup details to your chauffeur.
• To keep booking and invoicing records for corporate accounts.
• To understand which advertising brings customers, so we can spend less on ads that do not.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call or text you about your quote and your ride. These are service messages, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Phone numbers collected for texting, and any consent to receive texts, are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• The chauffeur assigned to your ride, limited to your name, phone number and trip details.
• Service providers that run this website for us: hosting (Vercel), our database (Neon) and the email service that notifies us of new requests (Resend). They process data only on our instructions.
• Authorities or advisers when the law requires it or to defend a legal claim.

This site sets two kinds of cookie. The first is ours: set only when you arrive through a campaign link, it records the campaign labels from that link, expires after 30 days and is never read by anyone but us. The second is the Google Ads conversion tag, which lets us see whether an ad led to a quote request; it is governed by Google's privacy policy and you can opt out at adssettings.google.com. There are no social-media tracking cookies. The site works normally if you block or delete them.

Quote requests and booking records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and accounting obligations. If you never book with us, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@randmchauffeur.com. We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking. Residents of states with privacy laws, including California and Texas, have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.

The site is served over HTTPS, quote data is stored in an access-controlled database, and only the people who handle bookings can see it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us card numbers or other sensitive details through the quote form.

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Bookings must be made by an adult.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Our Terms of Service describe the booking relationship itself.
