Terms of Service

Requesting a quote is free and does not commit you to anything. A booking exists once we have confirmed your trip in writing (by email, text or WhatsApp) and you have accepted the quoted price.

The confirmed quote is the price you pay for the trip as described. Changes to the route, stops, timing or passenger count may change the price; we will tell you before the change is made.

Payment terms, accepted methods and any deposit are stated on your quote. Corporate accounts may be invoiced monthly by agreement. Nothing is charged for requesting a quote.

Your quote states the cancellation window that applies to your trip. Cancellations made within that window are not charged. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged as stated on the quote. To cancel or change a booking, call, text or email us as early as you can.

Any included waiting time, and the rate for waiting beyond it, tolls, parking, airport fees and gratuity are itemised on your quote. For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup to the actual arrival time at no charge.

• The person who books is responsible for all passengers in the vehicle.
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted. Alcohol is permitted only where the law allows.
• Passenger counts must not exceed the vehicle's seating. Child seats are provided on request and must be requested when booking.
• The chauffeur may end a trip without refund if a passenger's behaviour is unsafe, abusive or unlawful.
• You are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by you or your passengers beyond normal wear.

We are a licensed and insured operator. We will provide the vehicle class booked, or a comparable or better one, with a professional chauffeur, at the agreed time and place.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as weather, road closures, traffic incidents or airline changes, or for missed flights or connections that result from them. Our liability for any trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Please check the vehicle before you leave. We will do our best to return items left behind, but we are not responsible for their loss or damage, and the cost of returning them may be charged.

The content of this site belongs to R&M Car Service or is used under licence, with the credit shown where a licence requires one. You may not copy it for commercial use. The site is provided as is; we may change or withdraw it at any time. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of Travis County, Texas. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date you book. Changes are posted on this page with the date at the top.
